Rovaniemi has extensive experience of working with developers. The company is widely used as a supplier of wooden houses to large development projects. The accumulated experience and specialist experience in building wooden houses enables Rovaniemi to co-operate with one of the best partners in Finnish wooden house production. All our projects unique in that they are well thought through, employ non-standard solutions, and use the latest technologies and modern materials.

Amongst projects that are already complete there is the High Eli cottage estate in Solnechnoe village, and the elite Korabelnie Sosni country club in Rocshino in the Leningrad region, the latter of which is ideally located on the shore of the Malaya Ladoga lake and is surrounded by centuries-old pines and sandy beaches. The VILLA LAPPI show home was completed successfully under the umbrella of the Korabelnie Sosni project. Rovaniemi invited the Bulthaup Design Studio in to do the interior design work. All estates have a highly developed infrastructure, constructions of a very high quality made with natural materials.

Apart from this, Rovaniemi has over 15 years experience of working with private clients. The wide geographical area over which the completed projects exist is the best proof of the high standard of finish achieved by the company. Completed projects consisting of wooden houses of different designs are available to view in St Petersburg, the Leningrad region, Moscow, Norilsk, Krasnoyarsk, and Kamchatka, as well as in Yakutiya, Tula, Kazan and Samara. During our successful projects, we have been able to study in great detail the needs of individual clients, and this has helped us to form proposals for developers in a professional manner, taking into account all modern tendencies in the construction of country houses.
